We are proud to produce all of our pastries on site and work with fresh, local and seasonal produce. We work with local suppliers and strive to work with as many Swiss raw products as possible. Our values are simple and authentic but, in our opinion, guarantee the best quality.

La Vouivre ?
La Vouivre (a guivre in English) is a representation of the Jura, one of the cantons in Switzerland. It is a mythical creature that lives in the countryside to protect its treasures. All of the establishments that Madame Cadot has managed have borne this name; a name that reminds her of where she comes from and that some sort of treasure may be hiding behind any door.
